General information about our accommodation and facilities.
Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
The resort check in time is: 2:00pm.
The person whose name the booking is under must be the person who checks-in and registers with the resort. They MUST be 18 years of age and provide current Photo ID and valid Credit card for a $200 pre-authorization for the security bond on check in. If no valid credit card available at check in, a $500 cash security bond is required and is fully refundable, provided no damage has occurred.
Resort checkout time is: 10:00am.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS: All bookings made for arrival the same day MUST arrive during office hours.
Q: PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Important Information*
Guests booking to travel in the next 2 days MUST contact the resort directly in order to confirm their reservation. These bookings MUST arrive within the designated reception hours unless otherwise arranged with the resort PRIOR to arrival.
*Non Refundable deals OR you have booked to travel within 30 days prior to arrival*
Full payment at time of booking, no refund or cancellation.
*Traveling in more than 30 days prior to arrival*
Valid credit card required at time of booking to secure the room. Full payment is processed 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival. The credit card provided at time of booking will be charged for the full payment UNLESS alternate arrangements have been made directly with the resort PRIOR to 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel once full payment has been made or within the 30 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Please note a *MERCHANT SURCHARGE* does apply, per transaction at the resort, on all accepted cards. *NOTE:* Deposit required & cancellation policy goes on guest arrival date
Q: CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability, surcharge may apply
Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY BOND UPON CHECK-IN?

Q: IS THERE INTERNET OR WIFI ACCESS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have complimentary WiFi available in the foyer area of the resort. Unfortunately there is no internet available in room.
Q: IS THE SWIMMING POOL HEATED?
Yes, the lagoon swimming pool is heated
Q: WHAT ARE THE RECEPTION HOURS?
Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am – 2.00pm
Sunday 9.00am – 12noon
Public Holidays we are CLOSED
**If your arrival time is outside of our reception hours please contact the resort for the after-hours check-in instructions.**
Q: IS THERE CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, we allow 1 car space per apartment in the security underground car park. Additional parking is available nearby, offsite.
Q: HOW OFTEN ARE THE APARTMENTS SERVICED & IS LINEN PROVIDED?
The apartments are serviced weekly and all bedding and bathroom towels are supplied
Q: GROUP BOOKINGS
GROUP BOOKINGS: Please note for bookings of 4 or more rooms, different policies and procedures may apply. For further information please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on your booking confirmation.
Q: AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY PET WITH ME TO ROYAL PALM RESORT?
Unfortunately, we are a non-pet-friendly building, so you cannot bring your pets on your holiday with us.

Yes, there are shops & restaurants within easy walking distance from the resort
Q: WHERE CAN I BUY GROCERIES LOCALLY?
There is a Coles located on 5th Avenue Palm Beach, approximately 5 minute walk
Q: HOW FAR AWAY IS THE BEACH?
We have direct access to the beach, no road to cross
Q: IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEARBY?
Yes, the local Surfside Bus has a stop within 50m of the resort
Q: CAN I BOOK THEME PARK TICKETS AT RECEPTION?
Yes, our friendly staff can assist with all your tours, transfers, theme parks and more.
